All content, including but not limited to algorithmic signals, market analysis, charts, and proprietary indicators, is the exclusive property of XALGO Research. You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or license our data to third parties.
• Reverse engineer our proprietary algorithms or volatility models.
• Use our data to build a competing product or service.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". XALGO Research makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the data provided. Use the platform at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XALGO Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
